What race gear will I receive?

The first 1,100 participants to pick up their race packet will receive exclusive commemorative gear, which may include a pullover or jacket, event T-shirt, hat, and race bib. Gear sizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at packet pickup.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll offer the next closest available option. Gear styles may vary depending on availability. Once commemorative items run out, limited vintage gear may be offered.

All participants will receive a chipped race bib and a Finisher Medal upon completing the race.

We do not offer general bag check services for runners. Please bring only items you can carry, leave with a friend, or store in your vehicle.

Volunteers may have access to a limited gear check area; however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please avoid bringing valuables.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued due to unavailable gear sizes.

We recommend arriving early for packet pickup to have the best selection of sizes. Please refer to the size chart when selecting your preferred fit.

All registrations are non-refundable.

If a technical error results in an overbooking after the event sells out, our team will contact affected participants with next steps. If you have questions before registering, please reach out to us.

Proceeds from the event support our designated charitable initiatives and community programs. Details about our beneficiary partners will be available on our website.

GPS tracking is not required for in-person races, as professional chip timing will be provided. However, you’re welcome to use a fitness device if you’d like to track your personal stats.

If you notice an error in your name, age division, gender, or race time, please notify event staff as soon as possible on race day. After the event, you may contact us to request corrections.

To determine your best fit:

  • Measure across your chest from armpit to armpit.

  • Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your waist for length.

  • Compare your measurements with the provided size chart.

If between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

In-person race registrations may be capped based on venue capacity. Virtual registrations with gear options are limited and available while supplies last.

Virtual participants may complete their 5K at any time before the virtual race deadline.

No. Virtual race packets are shipped and cannot be collected at the in-person event.

Virtual and in-person registrations are separate and cannot be exchanged or transferred. All registrations are final.

Volunteers play an important role throughout the event, from setup to cleanup. We kindly ask participants to choose either volunteering or racing. If you’d like to do both, consider volunteering during early packet pickup before race day.
